### 01 / Modernising and migrating a learning platform

I took over technical leadership of the modernisation of a learning platform with over 30,000 daily active users and more than 750,000 user accounts. Together with the team, we migrated features, user accounts and data from the legacy system to a service-oriented PHP platform and improved performance.

Alongside coordinating internal and external developers, I supported the migration technically and clarified dependencies with identity, ERP and PIM partners. Priorities and next steps were agreed with the client and project management.

### 02 / AI-assisted web data scraping and analysis

I am developing a web data scraping tool for analysing and visualising open web data. An asynchronous Python pipeline extracts and normalises publicly accessible web data; an API and a Nuxt/Vue interface support filtering, aggregation and interactive visualisation.

MCP makes the dataset accessible for AI-assisted analysis. The processed data forms part of a larger, growing RAG system using local AI models. My focus is on reproducible data preparation, efficient queries and integration with analysis workflows.

### 03 / Evolving an international web platform

The project combined ongoing development of an international web platform with a comprehensive rebranding, for which I provided technical direction. Together with the development team, we aligned business and design requirements with technical constraints and translated them into actionable sprints.

Closer collaboration between development, project management and the client made planning and delivery more transparent. My role included explaining technical decisions and building a shared understanding.
